Just got back from backpacking through Europe for 7 weeks. I want someone who enjoys being adventurous and trying new things, as I am always up for some adventure. I love being active whether it is going to the gym or rollerblading in the River Valley. I just started running! I also enjoy skiing...just something about whipping through fresh powder listening to some good tunes. So if you ski or snowboard that would be a plus since in the winter I try to get out to the mountains as much as possible. But I also enjoy some downtime. Such as watching movies and cuddling :) Great Combination! I enjoy a healthy life style so you should to. Nothing extreme but you need to take care of yourself. People would describe me as easy going and down-to-earth. I dislike people who are fake and cannot be themselves, also if you have negative attitude you are not for me. My life always has a positive spin, and my cloud has an endless silver lining. Honesty, and openness is huge quality I look for. My perception and intuition are things I go by in life. So far it hasn't steered me in the wrong direction. People need to have a sense of direction in life that includes goals. You can only go as far as you push! I'm also independent and value my space. So it would be ideal to meet someone who compliments me in that area. Don't get me wrong I enjoy spending time with the person I'm with, but I still want to be able to do the things I enjoy. I just bought my first home and will be moving in the summer. Really excited about it, my next goal is a retirement property somewhere in Central America. I have a few tattoos. Nothing crazy but they are visible. I find it is a way to express myself and love them! I love all types of music. If it has a good beat I'm lovin' it. Well I think I've babbled enough. Basically I just want a sweet motivated, mature guy who I enjoy spending time with. You can probably tell I talk...a lot so good conversation is a must. Well hello. A little about me I guess! So far only the oldest 4 have kids but they managed to give me an even dozen nieces and nephews. So holidays can get a bit hectic in my family but 30 years later, I'm nearly used to it :) I will say coming from such a big family has given me a great appreciation for quiet and alone time! Though its still a rare occasion I am actually alone. I don't do idle very well so prefer to be out doing over sitting at home watching TV. In fact I don't actually have cable for that reason! To keep busy and mostly out of trouble I partake in a variety of activities! For example, I do the grouse grind regularly, go to bikram yoga at least 3 days a week, and at least once a month I will go for a good hike somewhere. Sometimes it's just the chief... I also just enjoyed my first ever snowboarding season! I wouldn't say I'm good yet, but i get by more than adequately! by the time this season ended I was so madly in love with the sport that I've have already purchased my season pass for next year!! I absolutely love music of all genres! My iPod constantly flows from tool to pink to Andrea bocelli to classic queen! Am currently eyeing up tickets for the NIN show in November!! I'm sure everyone says they love to travel. I am no exception there. Haven't done a great deal of it to date. Also just finished my first ever volunteer travel experience with habitat for humanity in Honduras. Was te absolute most amazing experience of my entire life!Anywho!! There's a little about me...
