About Me

First thing you should know about me is that I'm a traveler, and do so more often than most people! So someone that enjoys traveling would be nice. I have done most of my traveling alone, it would be nice to have someone to share the experience and excitement that comes with exploring a new place. Not all who wander are lost, and while I like to travel I am a grounded person in all other aspects of my life. I work hard as a Pathologist Assistant at a hospital and am waiting for clinical to become a Cardiovascular Technologist. I love working in healthcare, I get to help people everyday and find it extremely rewarding. I'm a mother of a beautiful 4yr old girl, I understand a lot of men find this daunting so if you just loss interest, no hard feelings. I don't introduce my daughter to my dates, as I think it sets a bad example so in that sense I am not interested in hook-ups or playing house! I am looking for someone who is looking for "the one" and is serious about sharing their life with someone. I like trying new things we only get one life and I want to experience it all! I like going to different resturants when I go out to eat, that's how you fine the best places! I also like to try different foods. Some of the odd food I've tried...squid, escargot, goat (No, it doesn't taste like chicken), conch and eel (Unagi my favorite sushi roll). While I like to dine out I also like to cook and there is nothing sexier then sharing a kitchen with someone! One of my favorite hobbies is photography. Coffee at a coffee shop, Brewery/winery, Mini-golf or Bowling....I think the first date should be somewhere public yet quiet so we can get to know one another.

    My family is very important to me.. They're my everything :) I recently graduated from LPN school and waiting to take my boards. I'm pretty nervous about that, but also confident. If that makes any sense... I currently work at an assisted living facility and I absolutely love my job.     I am very happy with my life and looking for someone who feels the same. I am well educated and have 2 jobs that I adore. I hope to start a Master's degree in the next few years. I have many good friends and a huge family that I spend as much time with as I can.This summer I am managed a very successful Dragon Boat team that I am very, very proud of. I will also be continuing rowing lessons and hiking the West Coast Trail in Sept. I walk everywhere and only use my car if I absolutely have to. Something spontaneous and creative. Or a drink at the pub. Lol.
