Studied at UVic, traveled to Africa, graduated, started an organic farm raising lamb, chickens and growing produce. Farmed for seven years, my son was born (he's 7), went back to school, became a teacher and moved to Cortes, bought a property, got a job working with children with special needs amongst other things. He forced me to reassess what was most important to me. Because of him I revisited my core principles and values and began to live the life of the man I always hoped to be. One who can have true compassion and love for another human being. One who's actions matched the ideal.I'm looking for someone who's authentic. Someone who isn't afraid to be who they are. The easiest thing to do is be yourself. You are the best at it. There is no one like you. The hardest thing to do and one that can lead to a lot of suffering is to try and be someone you're not. Purely and essentially everyone is perfect.I try to be as genuine as I possibly can be. Some times that means not being popular with everyone and may even mean pissing some people off, but most often than not it has really worked out.
