Laughter is a must. If all goes well, then perhaps some dinner, or more drinks, or both. Some dancing thrown in would be just lovely. I'm pretty laid back and just go with the flow after that, but this is kind of a must for the FIRST date. Second dates are good for things like bowling (I have my own ball & shoes because I kinda rock!), mini golf, a picnic, etc. Please take note: coming to your house to 'watch a movie' is NOT a date (& is not happening the first time(s) we meet)

So here are my general thoughts on online dating. I see this as quite simply a way of meeting people that you might get along with (and possibly date) who you wouldn't have met otherwise. I'm not a big fan of the whole, let's do all the small talk online or over the phone - isn't that what first dates are supposed to be for? Plus then, at least if there is no connection you haven't already used up all the easy topics! I say, if we think we might have a connection, let's just meet, have a drink, and maybe see where things go. As Popeye would say, "I y'am what I y'am." I'm passionate about what I care about, empathetic, I try not to take myself or the world too seriously and I can easily laugh and myself and the ridiculous that is life sometimes, and I'm looking for someone who can as well. Overall, I'm looking for a guy who is witty, fun, and who could never be described as generic. I love intelligence without pretentiousnes and kindness with a sense of humor. Though it doesn't need to happen tomorrow, ultimately I am looking for a relationship and I'm looking for someone who wants the same. On a lighter note... Most of all iI want to laugh, be smiled at by my man when he comes home. I am unique to say the least. I am loyal, hardworking, extremely energetic, and a touch eccentric. I am tattooed but had to remove my piercings for work. (I know right?). You can't keep me out of it whether I have a bathing suit or not. Just being honest. A campfire, good company, stars, my kiddos, and maybe a drink or so sounds like Heaven to me. (Not a huge drinker but not a bore either.) I am very driven and self sufficient. If I want something...I get it. I am looking for good company, possibly more. My hopes are to find that person that completes the vacant side of me. I have experienced all walks of life and grown from the experiences (for the better). My kids whipped me into shape. ;-). I am not judgemental, very compassionate, and understanding. I believe kindness is the key, after all...aren't we all fighting something? I love to cook. My passion in life. Makes me happy. I want to be that grandma everyone begs for recipes some day. I work out daily but I am not picture perfect. Exercise is important to me. Keeps my head clear.
