For a 1st time meet a coffee or are drink a fine & low cost so that way you don't feel like I'm out to get you for what you may have. I'm not like that. I don't want to spend a lot of time on a 1st meet. I like to keep it simple and let first impressions do the work and decide if I or if you would like to meet again. After that I'd be open to lunch or dinner, or even meeting for a drink. A picnic in the park is fine too. Meeting for a walk on the trail is a nice idea. Not a movie, I can't get to know you. Not at neithers home, too private & comes with bad intentions. Not a sporting event, I'd be more involved in the game, lol. The batting cages would be cool though. I am competative. I'd love to see how many more balls I hit. Bowling could be fun. I prefer not a club, it's too loud & I can't get to know you that way either. I'm not into guys who bring a dozen roses, it's too pushy in my opinion & I feel it comes with expectations. I single flower is appropriate with me. I don't need or require anything flashy. I'm more about the thought & effort put into the date. DO NOT ASK FOR SEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't stress this enough! If you come with intentions I promise to send you packing. I'm not looking for a jerk who's looking to score! I deserve & demand respect!!I am a bit old fashion when it comes to dating. I like my door opened for me, help with my coat & chair, mostly you picking the date in the begining, & a like a guy who doesn't go for the "1st move", I'll let you know when I'm ready. When I know you're someone I'm interested in you'll be the first to know. Politeness goes a long way as well as manners. I like to have fun too but I'm looking for that special someone. Apparently I was enlisted in the "catch & release" section of this website the first time around, so, here we go again :)I'd like to meet someone to spend time with, with the common goal of it being a long term thing. Please have time for the attempt of getting to know someone.If you are separated, that CAN be ok, provided you are still not sleeping on the couch. Things need to have progressed on to separate homes, lawyers, etc. To my CT Fishies: You get included in my search (and vice versa) because no one takes into consideration that there is a large body of water between us. Sorry, but, that body of water IS in the way! Cocktails. Takes the nervous edge off (im NOT an alcoholic sillyheads!) Somewhere not too loud; need to be able to have a conversation. Laughter is a must. If all goes well, then perhaps some dinner, or more drinks, or both. Some dancing thrown in would be just lovely. I'm pretty laid back and just go with the flow after that, but this is kind of a must for the FIRST date. Second dates are good for things like bowling (I have my own ball & shoes because I kinda rock!), mini golf, a picnic, etc. Please take note: coming to your house to 'watch a movie' is NOT a date (& is not happening the first time(s) we meet)
