a hint: keep reading!HI am a single working mother, just trying to make life work in this big bad city. A transplant from the east coast would pick up and go home if I could (even though I know I'd be dying to leave again within 6 months. Hahaha). True Gemini...Everyday brings a new girl. Hmm…where to start. Well, I guess I'll start with me...(shocking! I'm sure, a woman that talks about herself :O ) Well, I love what I do, sometimes I question my sanity for choosing it though :-O I enjoy hiking, walking my dog (don’t do enough of this), reading, pretty much all the normal stuff. I believe in staying healthy, but I am not a health freak.So what am I looking for in Mr. Right, well a great sense of humor, someone who cares about their health, but doesn’t feel the need to question whether or not I should have that ice cream treat or glass of wine after a long hard day of warping…. Oppps I mean “molding” the minds of the future. Education and ability to have a real conversation, without the need to always be right (I mean come on, we already know that because I’m the girl I am always right anyways :-) ok maybe not always….)is also important to me. I truly enjoy going hiking, camping and to the theater, these are things that should appeal to my Mr. Right (well he should at least be able to put on a smile and agree that if we go to the theater today we can do some hyper masculine thing tomorrow – compromise is a wonderful thing)Just a heads up that I am not interested in casual sex or clubbing, if these are on your “to do list” I wish you the best, and more importantly, move on. In the end what do these profiles really tell you about the person you are looking at? It should have a quiet atmosphere that allows talking. Things to avoid are bars and movies, neither really encourage talking. That's about as specific as I can get until talking with the other half of the evening... if your lucky it could be you ;-).

I served in the Navy for 6 years in the Navy working on weapon systems. I am a journeyman electrician in the IBEW.I stay pretty busy between work. I work freelance so getting a long term position, if possible, would be good.
