Like many people here, I am a transplant from somewhere else and absolutely love it. I'm not planning on moving back but do try to visit once or twice a year and we talk on the phone regularly. That being said, I do not have any drama with my ex and am looking gor the same.Though I admit I don't know a lot of people here, I do have a small group of friends that enjoy spending time with. I have either been finishing up school or working on developing my career in some other manner.. I can be a little shy at first but warm up quickly. I am not looking for a penpal but do enjoy getting to know someone a little through talking, texting, etc before actually meeting them. In a relationship, I tend to be very playful and affectionate. I enjoy TASTEFUL displays of affection. I have a wide range of interests so fit nicely in any situation. I love the outdoors and think the fresh air is good for your body and your soul. The heat and humidity here do not bother me. I also enjoy dressing up and going out. I enjoy dancing and would love to take either country dance lessons or salsa. I love animals but do not currently have time for pets of my own. I currently live on the West side but am contemplating moving closer to my work in the Galleria area. I enjoy working out at the gym and would love a workout partner. Well, I suppose I should leave something to be talked about when you contact me. I look forward to hearing from you. I don't really think you can learn much about someone in a 30 minute interview at Starbucks. I think a quiet lunch somewhere that we can sit and talk and get to know each other is perfect. It doesn't have to be expensive. I'm not going to be impressed by the amount of money you spend on me. It's the amount of thought that goes behind it and the comfort and ease of the conversation are important. If we are still enjoying each others company after that and ready to leave the restaurant but not ready to part company, maybe a walk in the park or on the beach or maybe we found that we have both been dying to see the same movie that just came out. I'll even spring for dessert and coffee after the movie if you want to go back and hit the restaurant again where the best first date you ever had started ;)

Hello and thanks for stopping by!! Lord willing, I would like to meet a man who loves the Lord & is not ashamed to tell others about the amazing love Jesus has for them. I am waiting for a "Man after God's own Heart". A man that is "Courageous" and has plans to "Fireproof" his future marriage! I enjoy walking and quoting scripture and talking to God and riding my Streetstrider for exercise. I choose to eat very healthy and feel, act and look younger than I am. I haven't much spare time, but when I can find a little extra time I enjoy reading. I just started "Not A Fan" It's a challenging look at being a Completely, Committed, Follower of Jesus Christ, not just a fan. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am a hard worker, faithful, loyal and very dependable. My gifts are encourager and serving! I am blessed with 4 delightful grand children here in Ks. I have a small cleaning business and employee 5 team members to help me. I love what I do and love being my own boss. Depending on the time of year a basketball game / football game would also be a really fun first date, although you would not have lots of interaction. It would be fun to enjoy with someone though. There are so many options and I wouldn't limit a first date. I am open to any suggestions that would enable me to get to know the person better.
