I do consider myself Christian; while I don't get to services as often as I need to, I prefer someone with whom I can grow spiritually, as well. (*smiles* No, I'm not a Bible-thumping, 'hellfire and brimstone' right wing fanatic. But I think atheists are in for a very rude awakening.)Intellectually, I'm not looking for someone to discuss quantum physics (though I'm game if you are!) but if the only topics you can discuss is the latest celebrity nonsense, better look elsewhere...I really don't care about the Kardashian clan, the latest garbage on Dr. Phil or who's doing whom in "Celebrity Crap Weekly".Let's see...what else...Oh - hope you're OK with dogs....I've been "rescued" by one...a wonderful butterscotch and cream Pit Bull...BUT...if you don't like dogs, better give me a pass, 'cause she's part of the package...(Don't tell anyone...I really DO have a "heart"...somewhere...lol) Moving on... From a physical standpoint, I try to keep in shape, and prefer someone who does the same. *laughing* I don't think you're likely to see me on the cover of GQ next month...but I also won't be breathing heavy walking from the car to the door. As far as what I'm looking for physically, well like the commercial, "nothin' beats a great set of legs" ~ although the "eyes" have it in terms of keeping my attention once you have it. And on the topic of what I'm looking for...There MUST be a physical attraction...and I'm sorry...a BBW is not on the list. Look, I have friends in all shapes and sizes...but in a relationship, physical intimacy is ESSENTIAL...and there's just no attraction for a BBW in my life. Sorry if you're offended, but let's not waste our mutual time, OK? It simply isn't going to happen. Thanks for understanding. Did I mention that physical intimacy is essential once you get to a certain point? Where am I at? Better yet, where am I going?Like the title says, Time for a change, I'm getting restless.I'd like... a lot of things actually, lol, ok whats realistic? I'm at a place right now where just about anything is possible. I have some loose ends to tie up, then hopefully, on to my next adventure. I've been sitting on this bus long enough, time to ring the bell and get off to see whats at the next stop.Thoughts: a move is possible, I can work anywhere. Travel, can never do enough of that. Play hockey, golf, etc., I miss yoga (so do my muscles and my mind). Socializing, my friends are all over the place now.Dating/relationships, there's an interesting subject. I'm not desperate but it sure would be nice to have someone in my life again. It could certainly alter or shape my puzzle differently. That stuff takes time thought (as it should), I suppose it would depend on the person how long that would take to figure out.My hope is you can say the same. I'm not perfect and I don't expect perfection. I'm not 20 anymore and it shows (although i have to keep reminding myself of this), but I am fit, athletic and make some effort to take care of myself. I don't generally feel or act what the calendar won't let me otherwise deny. I'm comfortable in jeans but I clean up well, I won't embarrass you in most situations anyway :). I try not to be too judgmental. Heck as long as your always wearing a smile, what more could I ask for.OK, lots more to figure out. I am an adventurous, caring person looking for the same. I listen to most all types of music. I work in retail, at the same place for over 20 years!! I have been divorced for 12 years. My kids are 19 and 17. We usually get into some kind of trouble b/c we are always goofy around each other. Ok time to change things around on here. Had a lot going on in the last few months and think I can finally see where I am going in life. I am very hard working and enjoy the challenges of my job on a day to day basis. I try my best at being as honest as possible and speaking the truth. I have been too set in my ways over the last 5 - 7 years or so and have just really had an existence and am looking for a way out of that and taking a more positive and happy path in the future.
