HI! :) About me: I am divorced with 3 beautiful children I adore. My 2 oldest daughters live on their own and I spend a lot of time with my 16 yr old son. My children are a top priority to me. I am a retired nurse and also worked in the Legal field. I just recently started college again, this time to major in Psychology and I am loving it! I was hoping to get my Doctorate, but am finding/realizing what I would really love to do is crisis hot-line work. I love people and animals. I also love all types of music, but opera, hard core rap or twangy country are not even close to being my favorite. I do love 80's music, though. :)~I find that EVERYONE has something beautiful about them, everyone. You don't necessarily have to have a picture since I do NOT judge a 'book by its cover'. :) I am here to try and find my one true love. Someone that I have things in common with and and that has a great sense of humor! Someone who can make me laugh,and that I can make laugh is a big plus. I am also looking for someone who is a gentleman, and what I mean by that is a man who opens doors and hopefully has at least a semi-romantic side to him. ( I LOVE to do little gestures to show I care)I enjoy doing a lot of things...I love going for drives, Old Sac/SF, camping, BBQ'ing, shooting (and yes I mean a gun..lol) ,movies, darts, picnic's, etc. There are times when being at home is nice, too. ` how does that work? it somehow does. I work downtown in a fancy office building with all the other movers & shakers, I have a pretty good job, I`m not a nine to fiver, I work irregular shifts so it maybe hard to meet up for a coffee. I`m a Taurus, I have all the qualities, good & bad. I`m 41, I don`t look my age, I get that about 5 times a day, I understand. I can wear jeans to work so I wear them all day, everyday I don`t really dress up ever or wear high heels cause I will break my neck if I do, true story! I go to the gym once a week and drink about once a week, not at the same time though cause that would be a recipe for disaster. I prefer dogs to cats, beer to wine, a good hamburger over a good steak, pub to club, Star Wars over Star Trek, The Rolling Stones to The Beatles. I have never been married, no kids, no pets so my life is pretty simple, stress free. I don`t really go to movies any more or watch TV, not alot of time for that but my favorite show is Modern Family or I will watch anything on The Food Network or HGTV. I do listen to country & Irish music, I will provide the earplugs for you..no worries.I`m not so much of a Diva but meetville said I put something my profile but I do like massages, mani-pedis and flowers so maybe a tiny bit diva, red M&M's only please :) I like gardening, well I plant flowers in my postage stamp yard and I`m a terrible cook (I will be the first to admit it) but I can barbecue. I`m pretty easy going, real and funny, I will make you laugh :) I have good family values, they are a huge part of my life and I am pretty smart, for me I think those things are a given but thought I should add them to my profile.
