First and foremost, I love to laugh. A first date in my opinion, needs to have enough space to be able to actually talk and get to know each other, while at the same time doing something that can enhance conversation without hindering it. Maybe going for a picnic at a great place, or an evening that included a meal or a quaint pub where you could still talk without the music being overpowering.
