Well the caption above is about how I feel. I know eveyone on here states no "drama" I would love a man definition of that please! I was also told I started dating to soon! I am a unique individual unlike what some might think! I have 3 kids 2 live with me and one doesn't. I have the normal everyday issues to deal with like evEry other person that has teenagers that live with them. I am tired of getting hurt by men that either can't deal with the fact that when you are with a pretty woman men tend to look or old boyfriends regret not continuing what they once had! That isn't the womans fault. Lack of communication! I want a man that is strong enough to deal with someone that has kids to someone else and isn't insecure because he comes to see his kids. I am secure in what I want! I will always have a rapport with my kids Dad no matter what. No I don't want a relationship with him but I do want him to have one with his kids! No man needs to be confused about that! As far as dating I want a man that is in this for the long haul! I don't feel kids need to meet your boyfriend until you are both sure its going to work! Oh better out this out there. I am an honest person and I guess some guys can't handle that! If a guy calls me I tell you if a guy says something to me I talk about it plz if something bothers you I can't read your mind you need to communicate! And for some reason men don't understand I don't like conflict but I will not be walked on and I will protect my own and will stand my own ground! I have a big heart and I do a lot for others. That's me. I work a lot I am a pediatric nurse and I am a single mother yes I have a lot on my plate but *** being told I started dating to soon how about man up if ya don't like me say so. I will always be busy my job my kids and family BUt I want a man in my life for me not that I need a man to take care of me I don't. Please understand I have time for a relationship! I would like to meet someone that can respect my decisions but if they don't understand why then ask. Everyone has drama if you will. In their own way unless you have no kids and have never loved before oh and have a financial advisor guess maybe you don't. But I do have a positive outlook on life and I want happiness but normalcy and drama are just words that every individual defines different! Any men out there that enjoy motorcycles quads football horses and a woman that is pretty and has a heart did I mention I have a brain? I am an independent woman with many interests. I've been single for some time and would like to meet someone with like interests for companionship. Recently I've become an empty nester , but my son visits from college whenever he can. Someone in a similar situation would be ideal for me, but not mandatory. I'm usually up for just about anything, but our first date should give us an opportunity to get to know each other. A quiet dinner or a stroll on the boardwalk would be a nice start. I am a mom to a teen-aged son, I am a loving daughter and sister, niece and aunt. I love my job, I love my dog and I love my friends. I used to be a wife...and I was damned good at it! I work, spend time with friends, cook, go to plays, movies, I read, I knit--even though I am a mediocre knitter. Currently renting since my ex-husband and I sold our house. I miss my kitchen as the one I have now is deplorable...no storage, no work space and an electric stove.I wish I had more time to travel but I have a wish list of places I would like to visit... We have beautiful beaches, mountains and historic sites here!Meeting new people, making new friends, seeing new places, learning new things are all interests. I like to read a book a week...). I don't have cable so the tv/movies I watch are "out of date" as I stream Netflix but I think the writing for the show "30 Rock" is brilliant and have enjoyed ";, "Nurse Jackie" and "The Sopranos". I love movies in general--perhaps I lack a certain sense of the critical element because when I go to the movies I am ready to be entertained and easily give into the suspension of disbelief. LOVE the scary movies! But I love the old classics, foreign films, quiet independents as well as the blockbusters. They each bring something to the table. And I am a loyal friend and dedicated hard-worker. I give family and friends 100%. I believe in creating community and family members are not just those that are related to you but evolve over time as well. Meet for coffee? Glass of wine? Grab a beer at a ball game? Go to the dog park?) Volunteering? I'm open to any of these things! What are your ideas?

You guys complain about the women lying & wanting that Brad Pitt. Well face only 1 of them. And yes guys want that Angelena Joulee. And yes only 1 of them. Yes there needs to be a connection & no one should settle. But think everyone's expectation for these sites are set way too high. That being said good luck with your search. I love historical fiction and non-fiction, but enjoy reading from a variety of genres. I'm not really a TV, movie or music person. Shocking! We do exist. I do enjoy these things, but they are just not that important to me. I do like live shows, especially theatre.Always be straight with me, I don't offend easily. I need someone in my life who will tell me what I'm doing that is ticking them off just as quickly as they'll tell me what is turning them on. I'm a real, honest, genuine person and I expect the same in return.FYI: If you are a Christian who attends services at least somewhat regularly, you get bonus points! Something so simple, it's romantic. A walk through the park and laughing while feeding the ducks. I like looking in a man's eyes when we talk. I like sitting next to him, so I can feel his presence. I like making a connection through quality time spent doing something simple.
