I'm simple yet complicated. I have a wide variety of interests which allow me to adapt to almost any situation. I'm looking for someone to create new memories with. Basic enough, right? I would consider my "type" to be cultured country. I definitely want someone that would saddle up and ride a horse with me once in a while (or at least keep me company at the barn) but that can also put on a suit to attend an event. I would prefer a man that is active because that opens up opportunities to do activities outdoors together; running, hiking, etc.I love animals but I am not the "crazy cat lady" type. I've been involved a lot, up until recently, with animal rescue- which basically involves taking unwanted, abused, or neglected animals from strays or in shelters and placing them in foster homes until they can get vetted and sent to a rescue group. I've been through some humbling experiences and even those that are heartbreaking. Luckily the good tends to outweigh the bad, but hopefully one day there won't be a need for this type of volunteering. Feel free to drop a msg to find out more. It is hard to convey just how awesome I am in a brief description. You will just have to find out for yourself. ;) This so depends on the person. I like to think that I'm not the typical dinner and a movie kind of gal but sometimes that is okay. I think going outside of the box at times is more appreciated- such as maybe relaxing by a campfire, going fishing, or cooking together at home. I'm easy to entertain.

I like meaningful and intelligent conversation, talking about things that matter. Like kittycats or stickers.Books: I feel like I've been in school forever and haven't had time to read. I like Neil Gaiman, with Neverwhere being one of my favorite books. It very much tastes like biting into a wet piece of clay. I also enjoy graphic novels such as The Watchmen (why did the movie have to be so bad?), The Walking Dead, and Sandman.Movies: V for Vendetta, Children of Men, Fight Club, ***Hours, Princess Mononoke, and My Neighbour Totoro. Well, for starters, I am a case manager for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I've been doing this for over 5 months and so far, I really enjoy it. Growing up, I always wanted to help individuals with special needs and have definitely been given opportunities to do so. I also help with a chat line for teens who need someone to talk to (depressed, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, etc).I LOVE kids! I don't have any of my own, but I do spend a lot of time writing letters to children in different countries with Compassion International. I am a child advocate and love to help out. I sponsor a couple kids to help with their education, clothing, food, etc. My little cousin saw my interest in this and now she writes letters with me. I love that I was able to help inspire her to be so compassionate.I enjoy sports (tennis, hockey, baseball, anything really), music, and movies. I love spending time at the gym, going to various races, and spending time volunteering.I am hoping to find someone I can be with and settle down eventually. I love my family more than anything and would really like to be with someone who is involved with their family like I am with mine. I want to be with someone who is supportive, trustworthy, has a good sense of humor (I can be quite sarcastic), and loves kids. Going out somewhere fun to get to know one another. I really don't want to meet at either person's house. I'd like to have the first place be some place fun....go to the zoo and be a kid again, to the park, for a walk to be able to talk to one another, sporting event, or do something completely different. It doesn't have to be the typical dinner date! The more different, the better.
