I am committed to raising them to be fine, outstanding humans. I'm a package deal, guys! You can't have me without my kids. I eat healthy, exercise, meditate, do yoga & qigong daily. I believe in prescribing meditation *** "medication". It's amazing what just 10 minutes a day of meditation will do for you.
