Well, I've never done this before so here it goes. I'm single (well divorced for several years), and just recently got out of a relationship. I'll tell you more about that later. I consider myself to be well rounded. I just need to get out and date again. I have three awesome children. Twin 19 year old men, yes they are wonderful grown men. I also have a 16 year old daughter. And if he's soft spoken, calm, and doesn't talk too much, he's in (although, there are other requirements.) I'm going to learn how to ski. Right after I learn how to fly. My job is selling something that you can't go without. I am the spelling police. Do you find it odd that the Chinese language is made up entirely of tattoos?- not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to tear them down. I do not like chick flicks, so you're off the hook. I like horror movies; you're not scared to see one, are you? I...well, I'm not going to be here all night writing this! Nothing fake with me...what makes me unique (my opinion) is that I am very open and don't pretend to be someone I'm not. I'm seriously a no-drama, low-maintenance gal. I don't have any regrets in the choices I've made in life because I choose to learn from the choices that didn't turn out the way I planned; this helps me grow as a person. I've been divorced since April ***from the man I was with for 26-years. We matured as different people and grew apart. We both had a difficult time admitting that we needed to move on, but realized that we weren't "in love" and it wasn't fair to either of us to deny ourselves the chance to be with someone who we couldn't live without. He found his soul mate and is now married, and I couldn't be happier for both of them. We share custody of our 14yr-old son who is truly a great young man that makes me proud every day. I would expect that the man who is in my life treats my son with respect. I don't expect or require him to love him as his own, and I don't need a man to raise him...his father is very involved with raising him.Do I know what I want out of a relationship? I know that I want to feel special and want the person I'm with to appreciate the way I make him feel. I don't want anyone to change who they are or what they like, that's not realistic or a character that is sustainable in a relationship. With that said, I don't want someone who isn't interested in being financially independent or who chooses not to earn a living. I'm a person who sets goals and makes all efforts to achieve them, and I expect the same from the man in my life.Romance to me has a broad definition in my book. Here is how I describe it: someone who likes to surprise me with little things to let me know he's thinking about me. I'm not talking about monetary things like flowers or jewelry (although those are nice perks), I'm referring to things like a random text ("Hi there beautiful, I miss you."), an *** call out of the blue, a greeting card in the mail, or coming home to him in my kitchen making dinner for 2. I love making memories with family and friends and cherish the experiences I've been a part of. I love to laugh and to make others laugh. I have a sarcastic, witty nature that my friends tell me is a positive attribute of mine. One of my biggest turn ons is a man who can carry on an intelligent conversation with me and can flirt and tease with me as often as I do. Cuddling is a must! And in time, whenever we would decide it was right (be it the 2nd date or months later), sexual intimacy has to be an important part of the relationship!!
