I have tried the dating sites off and on the last few years. It starts to get a little nerve wracking, but everyone seems to be doing it these days. I am a strong, independent woman. I have a housecleaning business that I have had for 16 years. I love my job! My children are grown with kids of their own, so yes I am a gramma and wouldn't want to date someone with young children. I would rather play than watch although not true in the month of March. I usually prefer the book to the movie except for "The Godfather". I would rather burn up than rust out. I prefer loud classic rock on my iPod but know the subtle differences between the Jazz masters. I would rather eat out than dine in unless it's Sunday at my mom's. I have known my best friend since 2nd grade but I've lived in many different places. I value a hysterical sense of humor and keen intellect coupled with a compassionate heart. About me... Very close to them both...love to travel, enjoy good food, love to entertain family and friends at the house. Nick nack around town, pj days are the best when it can happend, we tend to move faster then most...There is a festival somewhere. I really dont like talking about myself...but their not letting me go any further til I do. So I am a very caring person. I have alot of patience and understanding for people. I work with Alzheimers and Dementia patients and believe me it opens your eyes up to appreciate the little things in life and not take things or anyone for granted. I have a daughter that is my world and I spend alot of time with her. Im a very laid back person and dont get mad very often....I REFUSE to argue with anyone about anything. Its ok to disagree but I feel like both adults can sit down and talk it out. I believe TRUST, HONESTY, and COMMUNICATION are three very important elements in any relationship whether it be friends or more...with those three things you can build a solid foundation. Honesty is very important to me Im too old for adults playing childish games.

Well to start with there aren’t many people I have met that I didn’t have some type of common ground with. I like to socialize, keep active and stay healthy in both mind and body. I absolutely love to laugh, get people to have a hearty 'belly laugh' and I love it when it’s to the point of tears!
