I'm 50 years old, have two grown sons have children of their own and I was divorced 22 years ago. I have had long term relationships between then and now and I believe those situations were learning experiences for me to figure out who I am and what I need in my life from a significant other. Fitness is a big deal in my life. Though I do watch what I eat for the most part, I love food and part of the reason I work out is so that I can enjoy food.
