Professional stability. Financial stability. Physical chemistry. Someone who is really ready and available to have a long term relationship - you have to do more than sweet talk to make it last. Educated - MUST HAVE, at a minimum, a COLLEGE DEGREE. While it sounds like I'm a snob, daughter's dad doesn't have a college degree.
