A desire to take care of themselves and their health. I try to eat clean and have made great strides in my own fitness. I think I was more fit when I turned 40 than I was at any other point in my life, including when I was actively running marathons. an ability to step out of their comfort zone and into mine at times, I am sure to step out of mine and into yours.Clearly, (to me anyway) there has to be a nice foundation of friendship and spark, I am open to possibilities and trying to step out of my comfort zone. lets meet, something low key where we can enjoy conversation. :)
