I have a lot of doubts about this site. Past experiences haven't been good. But I still have hope.I am a single mom. My son is 17. He is and always will be my number one priority. I know Looks are not everything, but I feel that there has to be that initial attraction in order for things to go forward. Hi! Here are a few tidbits about me....I have gotten serious about working out over the last year. I workout at least 6 days a week. I may hike, bike, blade, jog, or hit a crossfit class. I also enjoy working in my yard and hanging out with friends. I'm kind of a Science nerd. My work pretty much defines me- through the week I'm in work mode. I don't go crazy on the weekends, but I love that I can relax.I LOVE my Buckeyes! I catch one or two games a season.I have 2 cats. One I found while hiking at the dam. The other was a feral stray that hung around the house. I like dogs too, but I just don't have time for one. I'm a sucker for a helpless animal- minus snakes and skunks.I like a good steak or some good Mexican food. Reality shows are the best! Criminal Minds is pretty awesome, too. I love to workout to hip hop. I do not like country- although you will find a few country songs in my mp3 player.I am looking for a good guy. Someone I can talk to, laugh with, and cuddle with. What made you click on my picture and then turn the page? Was I not visually appealing enough or did you think I was too pretty for you? Am I a geographic challenge? Do I look spoiled? Were my answers to descriptions insignificant to your personal standard? I have questioned the reasons people come here to find … whatever they are seeking. Please feel free to criticize. I read in a profile once that if I stood straight up and looked down and could not see my feet I would be too fat for whom I was viewing. I replied to this by saying I couldn’t see my feet and being fat had nothing to do with it. Smiling here.I have a lot of questions, that’s just my nature. I find that for most it’s an awkward situation … not knowing exactly who you are trying to “sell” yourself to while you are searching for the “right one”. I don’t have a perm or color treated hair and I do my own nails. I live on a budget and work hard to meet my own needs. A bit proud and unspoiled as well as non-materialistic. Do what you can for your fellow man with no great expectations. Loyalty is as important to me as honesty. I believe there’s a BIG difference between manners and morals (that lesson learned recently). I'm hoping to find someone that is honest, funny, romantic and a good communicator. I've been on here before with no luck but I'm hopeful to find the guy for me.
