I am finally going to update my profile.... First and foremost I am NOT looking for a hook-up. I don't want to see pictures of your man-parts (at least not before we meet lol). I am looking to find a new best friend, soul mate, companion.... I have children which are my top priority. They live with me full-time so sometimes scheduling 'adult-time' for me can be a bit hairy, but I take care of it. My children do have a wonderful father, I'm not looking for a fill-in. I get along with my ex (which can be hard for some people) but we have agreed to always remain civil for the best interests of our children.I am looking for someone I can talk to, be myself with, and enjoys spending time with me. I am pretty easy to get along with. I love to make people laugh. I love trying new things - I am writing a screenplay right now and a few years ago, I took flying lessons! I am creative and I love good music (hip-hop, dance, country, etc.).I love a nice car ride in the country with a nice warm coffee in my hand. A perfect first date would be a nice coffee at a nice quiet coffee shop. Then, perhaps a walk downtown in the Byward Market. A movie would be nice, but that can always be on the second date - the typical dinner and a movie. I think getting to know each other 1st is more important, so nice conversation with coffee (or drinks) in our hands is, to me, perfect!

I like the outdoors. Like to go to the beach, camping and fishing in the summer. Winter fun for me is staying warm. :) That means either I'm bundled like an Eskimo or inside with warmth. Cuddling and watching a movie in front of a wood burning fire sound quite appealing. :)I have a good sense of humor and can be pretty funny. At least that is what my friends say so I guess that makes it official. LOL. On the other hand if you ask my 16 yr old son he will say Im not funny. :)I am caring, affectionate and honest.
