Is there any better smell than onions, garlic and peppers softening in the pan? I like making the old fashioned simple foods – savoury, hearty and satisfying. I’ve had marriage proposals for my soups. I have insatiable curiosity about the world. I am a library and second hand book store junky. (BTW wouldn’t that be a great first date? – going to a used book sale together. You would learn just about everything you need to know about a person and reveal yourself as well.) Right now I am enjoying the sweetness of moving into this new stage in my life. I have work that I enjoy, that I excel in. I enjoy and value the opportunity to parent.
