So a bit about me. First of all, I am a proud mother of two beautiful sons, 12 years and 9 months. They are the best thing that has happened to me and I love being thier Mom. I am also nearly finished obtaining my Master's Degree in History - only have to complete my exams in the fall. I love history, whether it is reading about it, or better yet, experiencing it through travel. Once I have finished my Master's Degree, I would enjoy teaching at the college level, even if only part time. A leisurely hike in the woods is always a relaxing way to spend a few hours.I enjoy going to the movies, concerts, plays, museums, aquariums, amusement parks, and other cultural events. I also can be completely content hanging out on the couch with a good TV show, movie or book, especially when the weather is bad. Hmm, for a first date I think it is good to be somewhere that you can talk without screaming at each other to be heard, that is casual, and just fun. My story is a bit longer than you would ever care to read. Sort of like the book Moby**** I mean really...Nobody cares that much about whales. I think it wrecked the book and caused me to lose interest in the story altogether. I feel that you really only need the basics to understand the content and story line. I feel the same holds true here. The basics are all listed and going on and on with details is silly. It may cause some to lose interest in me as too much information can sometimes be a bad idea. It's best to learn some things as we go. Now there are situations where laying out every detail is probably a better idea than comparing yourself to a book about a giant whale on your dating profile but I'm never one to take the normal route with every day things. I guess I am looking for someone that appreciates this fact.

Movies are nice, but they don't give the opportunity that I feel is important to get to look at each other while learning about the other person and their life. But there is one thing that is for sure, I am Not looking for a "Hit it and Quit it", a bed buddy, or a booty call. I am a Lady, and expect to be treated as one.
