I'm one who works out 4-5 days a week. I've done one competitive bikini show in March 2012, which took a lot of self control, commitment, and dedication but its something I defiantly plan on training for again soon! Even though I work out quit often I do not let it consume my life.I have a creative/artistic side as well when it comes to makeup.
