Where we have such little time for summer here I appreciate as much time outside as possible but I am now beginning to train for the cold obstacles so winter cold is going to be my beotch. So maybe a swim, run or goofing off where we can sweat a wee bit and get some great adrenaline going on and end a great day on a positive note.
