I performed on stage for the first time ever; became a first time home owner; discovered that I love dogs especially Golden Retrievers (although I don't have pets of my own); have gone camping; tried playing golf and even disc golf once. I think a movie is a good start but then you need to have some time to chat and see if you have any matching interests. Maybe even a BBQ or watching a game with a group of friends. I don't think it really matters as long as both people are comfortable and have some time to talk.
