Just makes things easier... However, if you are a great guy...I am absolutely not hung up on the height thing. For a first date, we should absolutely do something fun where we can talk and get to know one another. This would work if we are comfortable and have had the chance to chat a bit before meeting. Otherwise coffee or a simple meal works just to see if there is an interest we each want to pursue.

Once you get me started HONESTLY (that's how I am) I won't shut up. I do however realize when I am talking to much & I try my best to listen at least, half as much as I talk.
