First of all I do want to date, and if something more comes of it great. That wasn't a choice.Here's a few random bits in no particular order. I sing, dance, and occasionally whistle. Certain music gives me goosebumps. I can't sleep if my feet are cold. I love the smell of old books. I enjoy wine tastings and pairing a nice bottle with a meal or snack. I keep a 'green' house. I love when small children and animals take to me right away. I dig museums. I can play the flute. I'm a pescatarian. Driving in the city scares me. In fact I'm happier if you drive period. I believe that kissing is an art form. I have a love affair with tea and coffee. I'm pretty quiet in big gatherings and never need to be the center of attention. I am all natural, from what I eat to what I wash my hair with. I am very easy going and will happily let you plan our day. I am fiercely loyal. I love my DVR. I can't handle cigarette smoke. I hate drama and want no part of it. I'm not a morning person. I have a questionable sense of fashion. I'm fairly androgynous. I don't kill bugs and spiders, but I will toss them outside (in the summer) if they terrify you. I usually know when to come in out of the rain, but not always, and sometimes I get wet. I could never live in a big city, but enjoy visiting. Bright colors thrill me. I can be a bit stubborn. I will always have a cat in my life. I am up for an adventure, or content to watch a movie at home. I enjoy craft beer. I read everyday. I once ran an organic CSA farm. Good manners are important to me. I mean what I say and I say what I mean. I would rather be alone than be with someone who wasn't right for me. I enjoy gaming (online,video,card, and board). I have a great career with a very gay friendly company. I love my canoe. I am a total food snob (comes with the job). I like to cook, to be cooked for, and to eat out. I love to make people laugh, and frequently laugh at myself. Buying a motorhome and traveling from great place to great place for a while after retirement appeals to me, along with searching the beach for pirate gold. Right now I treasure hunt in antique shops.I'm tend to be more physically attracted to feminine women, but ultimately it's all about the chemistry. I think partners should be best friends. I live on a small body of water where boating is possible, so you being into the water and the sun would be a plus. I just moved to this area so new friends to explore things with would also be great. I am a very energetic, athletic, and yet laid back woman. I would rather spend my time outdoors than indoors, be it working in the yard tending to my garden. going for a run, or even just sitting on the back porch watching the birds!
