I have had the most charmed life! I LOVE being a nurse and interacting with patients daily...well most of them anyway, to be honest! And, I LOVE being a mother to my 3 children;all grown up now and I am able to enjoy them on another level!Comedy and Improv is an area I am "studying"...for real!!! Took a class last fall...it was AWESOME and I met some "interesting" people. Improv 102 starts this Spring. In the meantime, I really enjoy comedies, old and newer, movies and tv. There is too much drama in real life, so I don't consider that entertainment. So..my goal is to investigate and experience as much of the area as I can! Theater, Music (did get to see Trans Siberian Orchestra ...not native to Bham...but fun!), oh, and microbreweries :)!! And, everyone enjoys the relatively short drive to the beach and the mountains...what a gift to live here! And I have a special dream of taking dancing lessons...is that weird?I am fortunate to live across the street from a wonderful park and my subdivision backs up to a state park. I walk regularly and will start riding my bike again after I get it tuned up! Just the same, I am trying to "get my house in order", because I would really like to sell and get a condo or loft downtown! I love the idea of going to an intimate bar/restaurant with craft beers and/or good Margaritas...Spicy foods (Mexican or Thai?), then on to a funny or interesting movie or theater (as heavy as Les Miserable is, I would love to see it at the movies). Let's have a drink after and spend some time holding hands followed possibly by some serious face time :)!

I would like to think of myself as a very caring, gentle and outgoing person, a person very willing to do things for the next person. These past three years I have also had the opportunity to do some drag racing at Thunder in the Valley I have had the opportunity to do some bike riding and have my own chaps.It is a wonderful feeling riding behind someone on their bike enjoying the beautiful scenery as it goes by.I enjoy the sport of curling, and curled for approximately 25 years. Playing Ball was a big part of my life for quite a few years playing competitively and for fun and yes I do golf and have my own clubs but trust me in saying I am not great at it, but do enjoy going out for fun. I was raised on a farm, so I do know what work is and am not scared of it. I presently live on the family farm but adapt very well to city living but preferrably would think of myself as a small town girl. Have always loved horses and use to do lots of riding at one time. Enjoy also going to rodeos/stampedes and really enjoy watching pro chuckwagon racing.- my Shih-Tzu. I am of Ukranian heritage, enjoy cooking, have been told that I am a good cook and of course to me there isn't anything too much better than good old Ukranian food. My friends tend to call me saucy because I like to make cream sauces for alot of the dishes. I also enjoy going to Farmers Markets on Saturdays which I try and hit every Saturday unless I have plans that is of course. I have alot of wonderful friends which have been a part of my life for many many years and have told me that I have alot to offer that special someone. Like to go for Wing Night once a week with friends. I enjoy country music as well as the 60's,70,s and 80,s music and do enjoy dancing very much and have been told I am a pretty darn good dancer. One of my all time favorite singers would have to be Neil Diamond. I have been at my job for 35 years now and hoping one day to retire. I am here looking for someone thats wanting a long term relationship as well. I do realize they have to start somewhere, but hey if your not wanting that for you, I would rather you move on and not waste my time. I do like romance and of course every girl likes to be spoiled or pampered every now and then but think its wonderful when the gentleman can still open the car door or surprise you with flowers.
