I am a elementary teacher so I love kids and having the chance to interact with them on a daily basis is great. I am very close with my family I have one sister and one brother. I have two adorable nephews who I love to death. I like to spend my free time doing things such as going out to eat, going to see a movie (or staying in and renting one in pjs), I enjoy working out and bike riding. I have a dog who I love to take on walks he is super lovable has a loud bark though :). I am looking for that "special someone" to spend time with.

And this is the toughest part! What to say!I have lived in the same area pretty much my whole life, except for my time away for college and grad school.I enjoy watching movies and seem to know a lot of random movie trivia. I like a variety of genres, except scary movies. On the small screen, I love Homeland, Downton Abbey, and Big Bang Theory--- if that show is on, I gotta watch. But that means each day is different. My friends would (hopefully) describe me as: quiet, thoughtful, smart, independent, caring, pensive, and can be quite silly at times, once you get to know me.) I’m working on planning a big trip currently, as well as smaller visits to see friends. Locally, I want to explore some D.C. sights I have never seen, although I've lived here my whole life. I'm currently a bartender full time and go to school part time. Going for radiology. I have a daughter who is almost five. She is def. My rock. I like to go out no and drink with my friends. Usually stay local. I love all music, but country is my favorite. I love going to concerts. I work hard, have my own place and car. If your weird, don't talk to me. If you don't have sh*t going for you, don't talk to me and if you don't like kids def don't talk to me. ;) I have some tats and don't plan on stopping..So rocker guys are my thing. I like country boys too ;) I dont like clean cut preppy boys...also a lot of religious guys message me..well I'm a sinner..and Ilike to drink. I am no where near perfect and don't expect that from anyone. just be up front and honest. I love to spend time outside and am always counting down the days until summer. I would love to spend some time on the beach or hiking with you. I also like to stay active and try to hit the gym a few days a week. Pointers on how to improve my workouts and fitness are always welcome. I hope you aren't afraid of a little competition, my kickball teammates will tell you how much I enjoy to win. I also enjoy baking (and am working on cooking) but often don't know what to do with the leftovers. Tell me some of your favorites and I would love to whip something up! Making time for friends and family is also important. I love to get out with old friends, meet new ones, and just have fun. I would love to explore some of your favorite spots, and show you mine. Of course you need to make time to relax, sometimes nothing beats some good T.V. or an interesting book.

I've been up here for about five years now. I assumed leaving little Cape Cod and moving to the "big city" would make it easier to meet people but with work taking up a lot of my time, and my single friends dropping like flies, I thought this might be a good fun option. I love my job, and there's always plenty of places to grab a drink after work. I also enjoy just getting out exploring the city, and finding somewhere new for dinner or a drink. Most weekends during the summer I head down to the Cape to visit family and friends and beach it.
