I have two tattoos (dreaming of more) and a lip piercing. I love tattoos and the stories they tell. As for piercings, I like to keep it simple, what I have is all I'm gonna get.I love music and going to live shows, mostly at small venues now. Most recently I saw The Gaslight Anthem at Lupos in RI (awesome show!). I love all kinds of music, country, rock, pop, alternative, etc. A good song is a good song no matter what genre it is from. I'm always looking up lyrics. I sing along to music all the time. I'm that girl driving down the road singing in the car.I work in the journalism field. Yes, I'm aware that's crazy since everything is online now, but I enjoy what I do. I've been a newspaper reporter since college but last year I moved over to the production end of things as a copy editor/page designer. I like writing but I have bigger goals for myself professionally and needed to explore more opportunities. Hi, I'm Jessica. I am currently a substitute elementary teacher because my school isn't hiring full time yet; just waiting for that classroom! I have my bachelors in elementary education and will get my masters as soon as I have a classroom so I'm not too expensive to hire! It.For TV shows I hate to admit it, but I'm a reality show lover. I could also watch Friends all day! The Walking Dead and Mad Men are the main current shows I follow. Other goodies are Raising Hope, Modern Family, New Girl, and Glee. As far as favorite specific books- they are ones in my classroom library- like Hatchet and The Westing Game. Most of the books I enjoy are children's literature! I love hockey. I love going to games! I will gladly go to sporting events and root on your favorite team with you for any other sport, but for hockey it's already set. ;)You should message me if you like to have a conversation with someone that isn't afraid to share their opinion.
