I heard they're gonna be there for a while. Lol I'm TERRIBLE at video games but I enjoy watching other people play them, as weird as that sounds. I want to go out and have a good time enjoying whatever I'm doing but I also like a balance of staying at home. It's my place to relax and unwind and I it's healthy to have a balance. If I were to talk about what I want in a partner I'd prolly still be wrong. lol Just when you think you have it down, there's always more to learn! I CAN say that I'm attracted to a little bit of toughness, someone that's not TOO nice (aka a push over). I like tattoos and short hair on a man but I'm not immediately dismissive if the shoe doesn't fit. So, truth be told, I'm not sure what I'm looking for - most women aren't, I'll admit it. I want someone who has their life together and wants someone but doesn't need someone.I want a friend more than anything- a confidant, a reliable and reasonable person. A dreamer, a progressive thinker. I want someone to be interested in new things. A person that has ideas and can hold a conversation. A conversation regarding subject matter that isn't always about practical, directly "now" related issues. I'm a hard-working, independent young woman who stands strong in the belief that you are solely responsible for your own successes and failures. I work a full-time job and part time jobs in retail/automotive industries. From an early age, I grew up around cars, that's what I know, that's what i live for and love. I'm a Chevy girl through and through - trucks though; I'm not really a car person. I own my own house and own my own vehicles (8 various vintage chevies, an old jeep, and a couple toyotas).I love cruising around listening to Red Dirt music, windows down, open road, just enjoying the outdoors. There's few things better than a summer day, going to the lake and spending time by the water - fishing, kayaking, or just dangling my toes in it. Whether on the grill, in the oven, on a griddle, over a fire, or on the stove, I'm your gal. I love trying out new ingredients and recipes. Rarely do i conconct something awful. My two fascinations are pirates and american history. The pirate thing started after attending a renaissance festival - the history behind original pirates in the 1600s is fascinating - not just Johnny Depp. I have a whole outfit and everything. It's just something different to do. American history where the railroad was laid and the west was civilized is my main focus. The struggles between wild outlaws being civilized and native americans forced onto reservations, I just can't get enough of it. I enjoy frontier days festivals, ghost towns, and re-enactments. To some people, I suppose I could be considered a bar rat, I love the atmosphere at a select few of my local bars, surrounded by friends, seeing live music. I don't get wasted, I love a beer or two, but most of all I love to dance -western two-step and swing. Running is definitely a passion of mine (i've run a 10k and 10 mile race so far, with plans to run many more), lift weights (not to get buff, just to be toned and strong). Co-ed softball is also one of my newer passions, I've only been playing for two years, but it's a great past time to break up the monotony of having a career.I'm looking for someone who can love me and support me. Someone who wants to share their life with mine, without trying to take over my life. I've made it this far by myself, I need someone who is strong like me to help each other, push each other, to further ourselves and our accomplishments.Ideally I would like to find somebody with some sort of country/cowboy background. Basically I love life and live it to the fullest always. I enjoy the outdoors, laughing, traveling, and listening to music. I am a very outgoing down to earth person who loves to be surrounded by positive people. My family is very important to me as well as my adorable Chihuahua. My passion is helping others and working with special needs/behaviour students. I am looking for someone who loves to try new things but also enjoys having movie nights snuggling under a blanket. No pressure so just relax we can become friends and get to know each other and see what happens =) I would prefer an activity such as mini golf, bowling, anything that will allow us to chat while having a blast. As you can tell from my pictures, I am a down-to-Earth kind of girl. I can dress up, but I'd rather be in a pair of my favorite jeans, shorts, or a simple dress. My boys play baseball, basketball, and football so that is often where my Saturday lies. As far as sports with the kids...It's fun getting to know the kids and watching them progress through the season and through the years. It is also a great time to get to know other adults who have equal interest in their children. I love spending time with friends and family and I love having people over to the house. I also like to have time for just me and my companion or just us and the kids. I am an affectionate girl and I want that in my companion. I want to feel like something is missing when my partner is not with me. I want to look forward to seeing a text or a phone call from my companion and I want them to feel the same. I want to be loved as deeply as I love. I feel that passion and chemistry are "must-haves". I don't want to fuss and argue as that's no way to enjoy life together. I'd rather discuss something and compromise. I'm easy to talk to and I get along with everyone except for hateful men or women who are miserable and mad at the world. :) I don't understand those people and I get away from them as fast as possible.I want a best friend whom I can't live without. I feel that partners should look out for one another, whether it's bringing the other a drink or taking care of them when they're sick or down. I want someone who will lean on me and allow me to lean on them as life goes on. I want to be treated like a lady. I will respect an honor another as much as they respect and honor me. I want someone who doesn't feel it is solely a woman's job to do housework. If everyone in the house helps a few minutes a day, the house will stay clean. :) I am conservative with money and I will not spend myself into debt, but I will spend money to have nice things within reason and to have fun.All in all...I am looking for someone who is sincere, respectful, caring, and honest, who has a sense of humor and can laugh at life.
