I try and eat healthy most of the time, but I’m not obsessive over it. I recently took up running (although I have found I don't enjoy running in the heat) and got back on a bicycle again (after 20 years), but hate going to the gym other than for the occasional yoga class. I like some down time to recharge with a good book too.I have two children over the age of 16. My daughter lives on her own and my son lives with me every other week.
