Been on here a couple of times in the past year and a half....originally thought I'd meet Mr Wonderful but after several meet & greets and dating, I have learned the dating world has changed....we all have changed...manners, morals, outlooks on life, letting go of past relationships, and open-mindedness.I'm really only interested in meeting those who have similar interest, mannerisms, and who are genuinely NICE and HONEST! I'm not into those who are hung up on vanity issues... It would be nice to meet someone who enjoys the same things as I and can relax and just have FUN without a mental checklist....someone who is laid back, not in an 'on again-off again relationship with someone, and also not stuck in the narrow-minded thinking there must be an immediate 'spark' or 'connection' when meeting someone. About myself. I like spending time with friends just hanging out doing whatever happens to be going on for the day. I want to go back to school to do what I like and to please myself. I am a caring, good hearted person that would help a person in trouble. Music I like is just about any.have gone back to school and have suceeded in half of what I want. If I could live aywhere it would be in a cabin located just deep enough in the woods so that only the ones I want to find me could.The things I'm most grateful to have in my life are my children, I have three. Two that are grown, one y8r old wonderful suprise & a beautiful grandchild.The keys to a lasting relationship in my opinion are honesty, trust & love. I believe you need these in any relationship....Family, Friend or Love. You need to know that person is there for you through thick & thin, And that person needs to feel that from you as well. I think you also need to be able to give each other space...Not too much !LOL Just enough that when you do see each other it's exciting & magical.I was married to my husband for almost 15 yrs. (He's deceased) We did alot of things together, but we also did our own thing(nothing bad). Don't get me wrong definetly not a perfect marriage. "That would be boring!" Also we never left mad at each other, Always agreed that we disagreed & told one another "I Love You."(That's the last thing we said to each other) Just a word of advice... It would be great to have someone to listen to live music with, go to the wineries, have a picnic or fun evening at the movies.I like to listen to old rock-n-roll, blues, country and a variety of other music.In the summer, it's fun to hang out by the pool, go to the lake or river, do some fishing and boating. Wel how should i describe myself. I am fun loving and get along with everybody. I am very independent and i work 5 days a week and love to hang out with friends at my favorite pub in my spare time. I love to go on road trips to the beach at least twice a year. I like pretty much all music and i love going out on the boat on the rez with a friend of mine. I just bought me a new house and i love it. I have 3 grown kids and 5 grand children which i love dearly and i guess thats al i have to say about myself.
