Chemistry is an absolutely crucial factor, and it could convince me to waive some (or many!) of my other criteria. Imagination and creativity would be a great plus in your favor, and it would be particularly nice if you are fond of literature. I would like to have a casual conversation on the first date - it would be nice if we could meet for a meal.
