Hello..I am looking for someone to complete my life. I am looking for my best friend in other words. I am a single Mom. My son is 17 yrs old. I volunteer during marching band season for his band. I work for a small company in the construction industry and I'm in charge of cabinet *** am a straight forward and real honest person. Probably at times too honest but that's just who I am. The goal is 6 days but life comes up after work sometimes so I don't get to go. I like to go to dinner for first dates. That usually gives us a good time to talk and get to know each other. If everything is going well maybe a movie. I, also, like to meet people at coffee shops for the exact same reason.

I'm the only person I know who's cut herself on a first-aid kit. I'm surprised that our paths haven't already crossed at the Hyland Cinema, or the Barakat, where I'm laughing as I deal with the sauce from a shwarma dripping down my arm. You know the difference between "peek," "peak" and "pique." Bonus points if you refer to females over the age of 18 as women, and open doors for them. (Heck, maybe even open doors for strangers!) You wear glasses. And chances are that you're left handed. I have a great smile and a bounce to my walk. I'm not conventionally pretty, but since many of my admirers have been photographers, artists and graphic designers, I figure I'm probably aesthetically pleasing. During an average year, I read about ***novels (rarely anything that's made it onto a bestseller list) and see 50 movies (many with subtitles - more reading!). I've been rescued from a 20-storey building during a fire department practice session.I'm not looking for someone to "complete me" - frankly, on pretty much every level besides the physical, there's already enough of me. But a partner in crime (especially someone who can drive the getaway car) would be lovely...Grouchy post-script: Clicking "Wants to Meet" is pretty lazy, and I don't think "HI" really counts as a message.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by and see what I've written. Please know that I am a very honest person and everything I say below is the truth. First of all, I would like to say that I am a very happy person. I have a great family, fantastic friends, a great job, my own home. I have a job that I love, and I am happy where I am in life. I am self sufficient and do not need someone to "complete" me, but I would really like to share my time with someone who I can enjoy new things, old things, laughs and so much more with. Perhaps this is you?I won't beat around the bush here, I'm looking for someone who has their "sh*t" together. I don't appreciate drama and avoid it at all costs. I don't care for the games that some people like to play. At this age, I would like to consider myself more mature and respectful of others than that and hope that you are the same. I like to be a glass half full kind of person (plus it means there is still something left in the glass to drink! LOL).People describe me as a very positive person, who is hardworking and likes to keep active. A high maintenance "princess" is NOT who I am at all, but a little attention is always appreciated for sure. I have a great professional job that I've held for 20 years and love going to work every day. It challenges me and I always like a challenge for sure.Intelligence is very attractive to me and kindness also goes a long way. Something else I'd like to find in a partner is a sense of humour, a good work ethic and basically having your "stick on the ice".
