I have finally noticed that most people on here want to know what I am looking for. What I want is something money can not buy or take from me! Something like hard times will never break the bond. So the question becomes "How do you know when you find him" I'm not sure, but if I had to guess it would go like this. I was at the same job for 21 yrs. and was thankful to have it.... I decided to go back to school!! And I never thought that I would love college as much as I did. I went back to become an EMT and was enjoying school so much that I was taking everything that I could.. I became an EMT and decided to go on for my EMS Safety Degree, and done that.. and still wanted more so I took more classes that I was know as the back to school girl. Just getting to learn things that I really did not care about in high school and making new friends of all ages was great.. But after 2 degrees and being at a 2 yr college for 4 yrs I was done. :( After college I joined the volunteer rescue squad and loved it. It is one of the best feelings you can have is holding someones hand on the way to the hospital and telling them they are going to be ok, although you really was not sure. I guess that is where the soft heart in me comes in.. I am such a kind loving person and have so much love to give to someone that wants to give me the moon and know that I would go to the ends of the earth for them.. I know he is out there and hope he knows I am waiting on him.. The first date should be something that both people agree on and have a interest in... how long the date should last depends on how things turn out... the date should be fun and something to where you are enjoying yourself...

I am a very independent woman. I work very hard and I am usually off on the weekends. On my free time I like to spend it with my family and friends. I love to cook but grilling out is better. I have a sense of humor. Even though I am a red head, I am easy to get along with. I hate drama, way past that stuff, don't need it or want it. We all have a past but that is where it needs to be, in the past. If you haven't gotten over your ex then don't waste my time. The way I look at it they are your ex for a reason. I don't need someone to support me or be a daddy to my kids. My children are grown. I do love children, right now I am getting to enjoy the grandchildren. I am very happy with my life and where I am at in my life.I love to camp, fish, garden, take long drives. I like just about any kind of music, but the 60's, 70's, 80's are my favorite. I like to stay active, but when it is raining I love to be curled up on the couch watching a movie, or sitting on the back deck watching it rain. I would much rather be outside than in the house. Love anything outdoors. Not afraid to pitch in and get dirty but clean up nicely. Enjoy riding in the mountains, taking pictures and trying to duplicate it on canvas. On several occasions I've heard that you've never really loved until the 2nd time around. I hope that's true since the 1st time just ended a couple months ago. After 20 yrs, some of the things I would do differently the next time is be a better listener and try harder to keep myself in shape both mentally and physically in order to give to the other person and to accept others as they are: by middle age, people probably are not going to change. On that note, I enjoy laughing and teasing and appreciating the differences in the opposite sex. What I'm looking for in a mate is for someone that has their own life and career and we can bond together on the weekends and one/two week days with more as time progresses. I work a 40 hr week job and attend school at nite towards my nursing degree. I want a moral person, one that believes in going to church. Boating, visiting Canaveral, Jetty Park, love a good steak & potatoes, listen to Country Music mostly. I do accounting, some construction permitting, plan review, and whatever else needs to be done.I have temporary custody of my grandson for a short time, so you must enjoy children. I have two cats at this point in time, have had just about every kind of animal before. I would like to go to a casual spot, maybe on a river, lake or ocean. I do like atmosphere. Maybe a small band or induvidual playing some fitting tunes. I love a great steak and some potatoes and salad, once in a while dessert. Then maybe on to another waterfront location for sunset and a few ice cold beers.
