I’m very fitness conscious so will try to get to the gym and stick pretty well to a low-carb, high-veggie and protein diet. For breakfast, I often make a green smoothie. I will also spend time with friends or family. I love my work (most of the time) as a psychotherapist. Right now, I’m spending way too much time online most days searching for a good man. But I think finding the right fit is hard. So it requires work.
