Sharing it may help you better understand my character. Here's what he wrote: "She has a huge heart, she is very sensitive and considerate, she is thoughtful, she has this wonderful insight, she is very smart, she is interesting, she likes the beautiful things while staying simple, she is s-t-r-i-k-i-n-g-l-y beautiful, she is a loving mother, she has the taste of the world while still being down to earth, she plays the cello, she writes poems and songs, she has the best voice in the world, she loves motorcycles, she smokes good cigars, she loves fine wine, her 'vibes' are incredible, she is so impressive... and she is my friend". This is certainly one person's opinion, but it warmed my heart when I read it. Another friend of mine once told me... "; but will they know HOW to love you?" This was said to me years ago, and yet it seems that very question remains the untold mystery of my heart. I imagine it is the key to everyone's heart... knowing HOW to love each other... taking time to understand one another's needs and then actually investing the time to give of one's self. I believe it's really not so complicated as people sometimes make it. I believe it begins with a genuine friendship. Everyone wants to feel loved, appreciated, and understood. The rest is about chemistry, common interests, and compatibility. THOUGHTS ON MY MATCH: He comes to me with an open heart. He understands the delicate balance of the spiritual, emotional and physical aspects in a healthy relationship. He is well educated, articulate and an excellent communicator, fiscally responsible and has a tender, generous heart. He absolutely adores children and values time with his family. He appreciates my individuality and understands my need for time alone. He does not criticize but celebrates my shortcomings, challenges my potential and uses laughter for medicine when I'm feeling down. He is accomplished, driven and knows how to lead, yet the little boy in him loves to play. He is a humanitarian and genuinely cares for those truly in need. He is adventurous, loves to travel and explore exotic lands, respects and embraces all cultures, truly cares about the environment and wants to do his part to make the world a better place. He is incredibly romantic and will make love to me under the stars. He slow dances with me without music and softly whispers he loves me in my ear. He loves to shampoo my hair, give gentle massages and understands the art, beauty and intensity of soft slow kisses in the most unusual places. He loves to surprise me, knows how to keep my attention, knows how capture the moment and is not afraid to fall in love. I am not looking for a romantic fling or shopping for a husband. I am simply looking for a quality friend that will allow things to happen naturally, over time as the chemistry sparks a mutual interest.
