Recently divorced and looking to infuse a little fun back into my life. You know how that goes...a couple of months being sad, a couple of months being angry, a couple of months hanging out with friends and then the decision to put it all behind you and get on with it. I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason and the trick is in what one emphasizes. We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves happy. The amount of work is the same.So, what am I looking for? Someone fun to hang out with. Someone who wants to catch a live band on a Thursday night or bike the trail on a Saturday afternoon. I try to live a relatively healthy lifestyle and while I'm definitely not a gym rat, I did just start crossfit (after about 3 weeks of internal debate and 10 minutes of sitting in the parking lot talking myself into going inside) and I'm pretty excited about it! Maybe we could flip tires together. :) I should mention that I don't swim so I'm not much of a water baby. In other words, paddle boarding, diving, snorkeling in the Keys, while very Floridian, is not my thing. I might, however, be persuaded to sit on a lawn chair with a cold beer and watch you fish. How about coffee to start? Test the chemistry and see if there is mutual interest? If there is, great...we'll plan an adventure. If not, we both got to meet someone new and drink coffee...how can that be a bad thing?By the way, "wants to date but nothing serious" is not synonymous with "casual encounter". If that's what you're looking for, you won't find it here.

Okay, so this site is not liking my description. Says too short. I'm just a simple woman who loves the simple life. I would love a man who makes me feel secure and safe. A man who would never consider my little girl a hindrance to a relationship because she is full time and lots of attention. I accept other children as if they are my own. I love them all. I live country life everyday. I have an 8 mile commute to work and have to stop for deer to cross road. I am very lucky to be able to come home everyday and just relax. I fit in about any situation and easy going. Junkin as we call it interest me so traveling around to antique shops while enjoy the food each town offers is fun. :) Somewhere quiet. Outdoors. Hoping one of these times on this site I'll meet my match. I'm not looking for someone that is perfect, just perfect for each other. I'm a regular down to earth girl fun loving girl who has her sh*t together. What you see and what you get. Classy, not trashy. Family & friends are important and I enjoy my time with them. My interests are pretty much anything. Dressing up for a date night out or hanging in casual watching sports or a great movie. The beach is one of my favorite spots. Nothing like the warmth of the sun on your face and the sand beneath your feet. With the fall brings football and plenty of chilly Sunday afternoons to cook or bake for us. Taking a long walk together chatting about everyday life. I have a great job. Been at the same place for 18 years. I have a son who's in his 20's and doesn't live at home. I am a mother of two wonderful children. They certainly fill my life with joy, laughter and lots of love. I have just earned my BSN and hope to be working as an RN in the very near future!
