Hello, It’s kinda difficult to tell a story about myself but, I will more likely edit this area soon. Far as i know about myself is that I'm quiet in a crowd but not to quiet one on one. I forgot to mention that i do enjoy going to museums. I just don't like going alone. In my spare time Im usually surfing on the Internet trying to find new things to listen and learn. And just maybe try a few new things… maybe. Let's get started.I'm a full time barber and I love it. Hilariously, I went to hairstyling school to be around women as a career. What ended up happening? I became an old school barber who focuses on mens' grooming. Sweet fades and close straight razor shaves are my specialty. Though I love loud, thumpy music, I prefer it in the comfort of my own home, and through my headphones. I'm more of the intimate venue, somewhere where we can chat comfortably, but I do enjoy going clubbing every now and then. I have no rhythm, so it's quite a sight to see. And the fact that I'm almost always sober makes the sight even more enjoyable. I love going out to different and original restaurants since I'm terrible at cooking. (That's a lie, I can fry up some mean bacon and eggs. But that's it.) Or if you want to go to KFC and get a Double Down with extra bacon, I'm totally down with that as well. I really like old school stuff, especially if it's made of wood. Anything to do with Art Deco or swanky stuff from the 20s to the 50s, I'll go nuts over. I'm quirky like that, yo. I also enjoy other typical things such as video gaming, watching TV, and wandering/longboarding aimlessly around town. I'm not your typical Coloradan. I didn't move here six years ago because of the outdoors, the lifestyle, or even what Colorado had to offer. I came here for one reason and one reason only and that was to start my career as an engineer. However, during my time here, I have come to learn that doing something outside is more than just having a drink or eating on the patio as my home city of Atlanta would have you believe. Now my defiintion of outside involes some really great recreational activities: skiing, cycling, and hiking to name a few. I've never been keen on listing out my traits. They're something that I think you should learn on your own. Besides, it doesn't make sense to list something that can be very subjective. However, I am not against listing things that others have told me. Some of the things that my friends have told me are that I am a gentleman, an intellectual, outgoing, and stubborn (in a good way, I"m still trying to figure this one out). My career is very important to me and something that I am very proud of. However it isn't everything. The rest of life is equally as important. I would explain this balance in one simple sentence, "I neither work to live nor live to work; I live and work." Learning, it's my favorite activity. I am a very curious individual and always enjoy learning and experiencing new things. It can be some random fact (Erdos Number and Benford's Law come to mind) or to experience a new culture. I think that there is only one way to experience a new culture and it is to do it with as little information as possible and to figure it out as you go along. This method of experience other places has allowed me to eat some pretty exotic and strange foods that I would never have considered before and would eat again without question. You are educated, open-minded, culturally- and socially-conscious, and motivated toward a career and purpose in life (brownie points if you want to go into a helping profession). Last, you should enjoy eating pickles and mushrooms so that you can have all of mine because I do not fancy them at all ;) (UPDATE ***: I'm starting to like mushrooms now! No progress on pickles unfortunately; UPDATE ***: Mushrooms... where have you been all my life!)I would do something low-key where we could talk and get to know each other. Usually coffee dates or getting ice cream are good starters, but I think lunch, mini-golf, bowling, or taking a nice walk are other good ideas as well. If at all possible, I try to go to places that are aesthetically pleasing to look at and be around, whether it be through architecture or nature. If things go well, the second date is where you get your lobster dinner! ;)
