I would hike lower elevation trails or forest nature walks, and enjoy camping, though weekend getaways on the coast or anywhere around the PNW in a beachfront (or forest) cabin or motel/hotel are great. It could be quading, snowmobiling. I'm comfortable at home reading, especially on warm days in the yard or by the waterfront or bundled up on the couch on cold wet days. I"m a bit of a homebody at times. I enjoy bbqs and potluck parties. I enjoy casual dinners out, and happy hours for drinks & apps. I'm not an extrovert, but I enjoy mingling & listening to interesting people, and get along with just about anyone. I'm an experienced horse rider, though I haven't ridden in many years. If you want someone to watch football with you, you just got lucky! Go Seahawks! When I responded that I don't want children, it meant I don't want to have any now, but if you have children, that's not an issue. I never had the opportunity to have children myself. I would enjoy being part of someone else's family.My goals are to stay active, but I don't want to be with a hyperactive person.C. I'm from NY, lived there most of my life. I think that in itself makes me different from natives of WA State. I'm direct & honest, but would never hurt anyone's feelings. It's difficult to say how I'm unique. I think it's part of what a person sees in each other when they meet. It could be part of the good chemistry. I like to laugh, be lighthearted, but enjoy serious conversations. I'm independent, but would like someone to care for me, as I would care for them. I want someone to be comfortable with to just hang out & relax. I do watch tv to relax, movies at home, and I'm not anti-tv like so many people, though I really don't know how everyone does what they do ***, seems a bit over-the-top for me or not quite truthful. The most forward people on this site are oddballs & they have no profiles, no similarities, and are flaky. I do not need more of those! It's funny how the strange people have no problem contacting me, lol:) I like Paneras, the ambience is comfortable & right off the 320th exit into FW. There are a lot of venues in FW to meet for HH, though I'm more into appetizers than drinking. Going for a walk in a nice area would be good too. My goal would be to enjoy where we are and talk at the same time. Football may be distracting, but not if you get there ***hr before the game or perhaps for another day. I'm open to ideas.
