Thank you for viewing its the only way I know my profile is still active on this site ! know lots of people say it but I really don't like writing about myself but given that there are a few people who actually bother to read the profiles I'll make an attempt to fill this in. Unlike every other profile on here I no longer go to the gym but have started doing the Insanity workouts at home so I like to keep in shape.I have a job and have been there for nearly 16 years now so I guess I must enjoy it somewhat or is it just the people that make it worthwhile ? Yes it involves numbers but I don't really consider myself to be a bit geeky.- those of you with horses though will need to really sell that to me. Fresh bread, the cold side of the pillow, brown paper packages tied up with string these are a few........So what am I looking for ! Well as shallow as it sounds but someone attractive and someone with some intelligence and a bit of spark I guess. I've put down long term on here as that is the ultimate goal but it would equally be nice to meet some lovely people. Someone here to date - wait what do you mean there's no one left on the site ? The Meet me thing - surely its just as easy to write a message ? I'll respond to all. This is such hard work. Does anyone reply or is that only to the players that you all moan about, now who does that say more about ! Love the fact that when you log in you press a button that says check mail, as if ! I'm currently running my own electronic cigarette business, although it's only been operational since the end of July, so too early to say much about it (although I'm not really one to let that stop me). Prior to that I've been an intellectual property consultant, a university IP manager, a chemistry teacher, a new product designer and a patent examiner (not an exhaustive list, but enough of a flavour of my varied employment history). As ever, examples probably don't do it justice, but do give an idea of the type of thing I like.- like I said, all sorts of things.Not really had much time for hobbies for the last month or two as getting the new business off the ground has taken most of my time up ***hours a day,six days a week at the moment), but I've never been one to shy away from a bit of hard graft.I do have children (8 year old twins) who I only get to see at weekends in general (currently Saturday night to Sunday tea time), other than that my time is largely my own and I figure it's probably about time to find someone I'd enjoy spending some of it with. If you think that might be you then do drop me a line.What am I looking for in a woman/partner? To be honest, I'm not overly prescriptive. Looks obviously play a part in it, but I don't think I really have a 'type', at least not in terms of physical appearance. If pressed, I'd say intelligence and personality are way more important than looks, but it's more of a package deal in any case. I tend to think you can't tell enough about any of the important factors from a profile on here (or the photos some people post - often of other people, how weird is that?) or from a few ***, whereas half an hour over a pint will often tell you all you need to know (I could be just as easily tempted with food and wine). Hard to say until I know with whom I'll be having a date.
