You managed to climb in your flip flops, with the help of a Bedouin. You take in the beautiful and breathtaking scenery, but now it's time to climb down and go back to camp. You are frozen...stiff...and cannot move...did I mention I am afraid of heights ? Long story short, yes, I made it down safe and sound and no I will never rock climb in the dessert, in my flip flops again! Most days of the week you can find me motivating, influencing and shaping young minds. I love hitting the gym after a busy day at work. I am a bit of a gym nut and I am involved in several different classes that keep me motivated and strong. Also, I enjoy jogging and going for walks. I do take time to listen to music, read, cook and go for coffee (along with a good conversation and laughter); this will loosen me up for the week-end. Waking up Saturday morning, having breakfast in my p.j.'s, cleaning, going to the gym and making plans with family and friends, or having a quiet night in, is my way of winding down from a long week at work. I have an amazing life and want to share it with a great person. I am in a good place, happy and secure. I know how to balance hard work, fun and adventure. I love trying new activities and visiting new and interesting places. I like people who have brains, humour, wit, spunk, self-confidence (not narcissism), resilience, strength of character, a willingness to learn and be taught (humility), those who have been through some hardships in life and pushed through it (I am not going to make your lemonade for you). My nature is generous, sensitive and always sweet. My friends know me as an honest, responsible, genuine and a kind person. I spent most of my childhood dreaming of becoming a Pulitzer Prize winning reporter. I went to journalism school, graduated with decent grades, and wound up working for a tabloid newspaper. But when the nearby psychiatric hospital caught fire, and our front page headline was "Roasted Nuts," I realized a Pulitzer probably wasn't in my near future. But, I really loved that job. I worked for his firm for several years and eventually decided to go to law school. Hey, there are worse ways to make a living. Years later, here I am. I am a huge fan of the Phillies and Eagles, and as a season ticket holder, I get to a lot of the games. I believe that Sundays are meant for football...unless it's baseball season. I am a NASCAR fan, and, yes, it's more than just left turns. I am terrified of spiders. I'll try almost anything once. I love my friends and family and am loyal to a fault. By the way, I spent all day on the phone, and am not looking for a pen pal. So let's just cut to the chase and just meet for a drink. The best first date is one that leads to a second date. Meeting for a drink, watching a game is a nice way to break the ice.
