Hi!I've read several articles on how to write a good profile on dating sites and they all seem to contradict one another, so I'm going to wing it here. If I miss anything, feel free to ask. Lets start with some of the basics... I'm somewhat recently divorced ***. I met my ex at a bar in '99 so its been a while since I've been out there looking! LOL I currently work from home, hoping to be able to continue to do so until fall of ***when my youngest will be in all day school. That being said, I'm a mom. I've got 2 young kids who primarily live with me. And last fall we adopted a small dog. I generally adore my dog, but there have been many occasions where I wonder what I was thinking when I got him! LOL Oh & I'm close to my family.; a brother... I'm just not as close to the oldest two. =)I marked my profile as having a "crafty" personality. I enjoy making things with my hands. I'm all over the place with what I make.; painted planters with my kids. I also enjoy listening to music. It's a toss up. I haven't been to a concert in ages, but use to really enjoy going. I love to read fiction. I'm almost always reading something. In the evenings I prefer reading or screwing around on the computer to watching tv. I do however love to go to the movies. Comedies, dramas, quirky, scary, chick flicks, (some) action... I like a little bit of everything. Hmmm, I enjoy being outside. I like going for casual bike rides, taking walks, just hanging out in the fresh air. Hanging out at a BBQ with good people is always a good time. I like going out to dinner or out for an occasional drink. In all honesty, I'm probably just as happy staying in with friends & having a beer as I am going out to a bar. I'm on here hoping to find a relationship. I'd love to find a guy that I click with & hope that it grows into something more. I hope that someday, I'll fall in love again, remarry & grow old together. Well, that's a glimpse of me. BY the way - you guys like responses whether good or bad = so it would be nice if guys at least say not interested or something . UPDATE + I think most guys on this sight are just looking for b/s = If any one out there is serious = message me !O.K. Honestly - I can't spell worth a crud sometimes.. I do not date outside of my race.. I love to hang out in the back yard, but I am not an outdoors kind of person (no camping or boating) !! Just b/c I don't go camping does not mean you can't :) To the point - I am a good person with a good life. Other then that I live to take care of my little girl and my parents.. I am a single Mom, my girl is 6 yrs old and my world.. I like to hang out with my family and friends.. Still like to take my little girl to play in the sand. Like to lay back and look at the stars. Spend as much time as can outside without a heat stroke (lol). I try to make every one happy. Do not like drugs and would not like a fall down drunk..I know I am not a skinny model but I am a honest and faithful person..
