About Me

I'm Marianne, and I am interested in meeting new people. Life is hectic for all of us so I thought I'd finally look into using another method to help find someone to spend time with. I work in surgery at a local hospital and I love my job. Feeling like I'm part of something larger than myself to help people in need is important to me and I love my team. Outside of work I'm into kayaking, camping, hiking, and cooking.I enjoy picking up and hitting the road to go to the river but I enjoy laying around the house just relaxing as well. My dog is super cool and we enjoy each other's company. I love to read and have been known to be pretty nerdy. ;) Music is very important to me...it is the soundtrack to our lives! My tastes are all over the board. I like to be mellow at times but I can rock out with the best of them...just like me! I'm comfortable in my own skin and what you see is what you get with me. You won't usually have to wonder how I feel about things or what I think. I'm going to tell you. Honesty is always the best policy, even if its hard. I don't play games. I'm a happy, "glass-half-full" kind of girl looking for the same in a guy...is it you? Dinner and/or drinks is always a good way to get things started, but I'm also into going to a park, or a walk, or something unconventional.
