I've thrown away my laundry list of “must haves" and "can't stands" and taken off my coat of expectations and replaced them with just "being" and being more open to meeting new people and letting things happen in their own way and time. I could go on and on about why I'd make an excellent partner but in reality, how I see myself may be quite different from how someone else sees me.
