Louis. I've been waiting for many years to come back to this area to be close to my family and it finally happened unexpectedly while I was here on vacation in July. A great job fell in my lap and my kids supported the move, so 1 month later we were here. I'm a very easy-going, low-maintenance kind of person. I don't do drama or play games. I am very family oriented, especially now that I am back in town with mine. I have spent the last 21 years raising my kids and we are very close. They have been my rock through some very hard times but we all came through it much happier. Hmmmm what to do? My friends have encouraged me to get back out there and start a new chapter. So here I go!I love all the outdoor fun this area has to offer year round. I hadnt skied since ***but I am loving it. There is no better place to hike, walk my giant Golden Retriever, bike, swim, kayak, canoe, or just hang out. I've been out of the dating scene for a long time so pretty nervous to put myself out there but hey...aren't we all?I'm looking for a low-maintenance man, someone that is comfortable in their skin and happy. Must have a sense of humor because I laugh all the time...sometimes when I shouldn't. Life should be fun and I try to make everything I do fun. I was a stay at home mom by choice and I enjoyed every moment of it. My daughter was born with many health issues including being deaf. So, I had to be not only her mother, but her nurse and care giver too which is in a way is what all mothers do. I do know some American Sign Language, but since she moved out it is somewhat rusty which she thinks is funny. I adore children, so if you have them that is not an issue with me. I am kind of a big kid myself and I guess I always will be. I also love and respect the elderly and I so miss my grandpa and listening to his stories of WWII.I am a girl who prefers jeans to dresses or my truck to a car, unless it is a 67-I am just me . . . I am different . . . Be my reason to get off this crazy web site for good!Sorry this is a book, but I also wrote books for eight years.* And to think I could have written much more . lol Anywhere we can sit, talk and maybe share a laugh or two. We both will know if there is a spark or not...
