I thought this would be a lot easier, since there are so many men on this site. But it's becoming a lengthy process. And all the profiles are pretty much the same, everyone is easy going, fun, considerate, etc, etc, etc. I'm sure all the women's profiles are the same too. They're all looking for someone who can make them laugh, good communicator, etc, etc. We all seem the same, yet when we meet everyone is unique. All I can do is tell you what I like to do, and you can figure out who I am from that.I like to help people who are in need - so I am a therapistI am creative, I like to draw, paint, write, and I write and direct short films.I'm a quiet person, but can talk the night away if I'm with someone interesting.I like to cook, go out for dinner, or make a meal for a friend.I love animals. But I don't have any pets.I love movies, I watch at least 4 or 5 a week. If you don't like movies, you're not my type. If you're still awake. If there's anything in here that interested you, then push a button and contact me.Oh yeah, I'm very affectionate, i like to kiss and cuddle, hold hands, watch sunsets, look at the stars with my guy, send love notes. If that kind of stuff is icky to you, then you're not my type.Have a great day! I think first dates are usually for coffee or a walk in a place where there are a lot of people.

Looking for: man. In age: 47-57
My outlook on life is to make choices that make you happy....we are only here for such a short time. Don't waste it on the past, don't hold grudges, try and find humor every day - something that makes you belly laugh. All that other crap is just...crap. In the big scheme of your life if it doesn't really matter, let it go. It takes so much more energy to be miserable and unhappy. I don't have time for it. Being at the midpoint (hopefully!) of my life, if it's not going to add to the happiness in my life and make it better, get rid of it. I'm hoping to meet someone with the same outloook who's looking for a serious relationship. I've never done "casual" and don't plan to start now. I'm ready for someone to make me laugh, to show me affection and want to receive it, to be my partner in crime, my first and last thought of the day - and me theirs. Such a great city!- don't rule me out! :) I won't reply to no pictures. I put myself out there, so I'd appreciate the same. Finding an out of the way restaurant that has great food and great wine...talking and getting to know each other.

I'm a single mother with enough chaos in my life between working two jobs and taking care of my littlest son who lives with me full time, the dog, a cat with an eating disorder and the soon-to-be-obtained hamster... I don't really want chaos in my dating life. If you're looking for games - keep walking. If you want to get laid without putting forth any effort to get to know me first? look somewhere else. Friends with benefits? Been there, done that... don't want that anymore. I want a true dating relationship - we go out, we flirt, we have some fun and get to know each other better. Will it lead to sex? One can only hope so -- smiles! I am also a bit commitment phobic after my second divorce, so I want to be very upfront about the fact that I don't want a long-term relationship. Prove to me that you can be what I'm looking for in a man? And we'll see about meeting.I work hard and I need to start making more time for myself. I don't like playing games and I do appreciate honesty and will be honest with you in exchange. I enjoy traveling - in fact, just got back from a trip to NYC... and great conversation... which can be hard to find. Love to watch movies and/or old TV series on Netflix. I am not the greatest at sitting still and doing nothing, though. I should probably set the knitting to the side more often - then I might have a cleaner house, huh?At a bar, I enjoy a good game of pool or miniature golf - not that I'm any good at either of them - sigh... somehow being responsible has interfered with my ability to play games until all hours of the night. First time meeting? Maybe a coffee shop or a bar... less commitment than dinner - lol. Saves us both a time if there isn't any chemistry. A great first real date gives us a chance to really talk and get to know each other.
