I am an intelligent, independent, 46 years old woman with a great sense of humor. I come from a large family where I am the 5th of 9 children. We are very close and I feel very fortunate to have been raised by the most amazing parents.I am the mother of 3 wonderful children who keep me young (when they aren't driving me insane!). I was married for 17 years and have been separated/divorced for 5 years. My children have a great father and we have a good relationship that is grounded in shared parenting. I have a strong social conscience and hope I have transferred this to my children. I am driven and have a career that is very important to me but I have learned to make work/life balance a priority. When I forget, my children are quick to remind me :-). I love to travel although I haven't had the opportunity to see as much of the world as I would like. I hope to change that in the future and would love to have someone to share the journey. I enjoy dressing up and having a nice evening out but am also comfortable enjoying a beer on a patio. Like most people, I like 'nice things' but 'experiences' mean more to me than possessions. I enjoy walking, hiking, golfing, and spending time near the ocean.I am affectionate and passionate, however I do believe in monogamy, so if a relationship becomes intimate, I would expect it to be exclusive.
