About Me

I have several friends on this site that have had some luck so I thought I would try it out. A little about me...I really like to travel and try to take one international trip a year. I've been to South Africa, South America, and Europe - several countries in each area. I enjoy experiencing new cultures and learning about people and places that are completely different than what I'm used to. I also love to take ski vacations, in the US and in Europe. Finding someone that also skis and likes to travel would be a major plus. I have a job that can be ***, so when I'm home I really like to relax. I love to cook, especially when I have someone to cook for and I love a good bottle of wine. I'm always in the middle of a book, sometimes more than one. I'm not necessarily a book nerd, but I do read a lot. However, I love to watch TV and movies as well. I'm a huge country music fan, though I don't limit myself to just listening to one genre of music. I joined this site because online dating seems to be the norm with dating these days. I am not necessarily sure it's for me, but I'll try anything once and keep an open mind. My hope would be to meet someone I'm both intellectually and physically attracted to.
