Man. 50 years old. Zodiac sign: Aries.
Looking for: man. In age: 47-57
"Life offers infinite possible roads. Sometimes your head chooses the route, sometimes your heart. And sometimes, for better or worse, neither head nor heart can resist the stubborn pull of fate." ~ Dean Koontz ~The short version:I’d like to find someone with whom to share a meaningful relationship. A partner whose life I enrich. Someone who encourages, inspires, and magnifies me, and I, him. Someone who’d like to be the object of my affection, held, cuddled, loved. The less short version:I'm a relentlessly affectionate cuddler hoping to find someone nice to hold throughout the night. Distance is only a temporary inconvenience, not a valid excuse except for the guys whose only interest is in "real" "now" casual sex encounters - and that's not me. Today the world is a small place, and there's no reason why friends can't be together if they want to be. The difficulty is to find the people who really want to be. I strive to live life with compassion, determination, and humility, and it would be nice to find someone similarly inclined. I am not "very good-looking", gym-fit, 6-pack, or "hot" - although I do have a befitting appreciation for those things. I’m just an average, hopefully nice guy, looking to make a difference in the world. I am sensitive to environmental and humanitarian issues, hoping that the world will at least be no worse off, on the balance, for my having been here. I’m incredibly shy & not comfortable talking about myself but will be happy to answer any appropriate questions you might care to ask. Although it might seem that I am wandering aimlessly, I’m not lost -- I am exploring! I’m looking to meet good men around the world for friendship and more. Compatible people who perhaps possess qualities that I find myself lacking, and who understand and appreciate the difference between meaningful friendship and friendship of convenience. And if they cuddle - Super! Of course, it would be swell to meet a life-partner. I’m always eager to meet people of different cultures abroad, and would be happy to travel to share good company. Alternatively, I’m up for a friendly chat. Some of the things I enjoy: cuddling, rain, snow, wind, thunderstorms, ocean, mountains, pine forests, wild flowers, star gazing, animals, whale song, loon song, wolf howling, nature, reading, traveling, foreign cultures, languages, music, my dogs - Artemis & Briseis, motorcycles. In nothing do men approach so nearly to the gods as in doing good to men. ~ ~ Isaac Asimov Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle. ~ This is the principal difference between a dog and a man. ~-- The days past remain behind us, a mournful line of extinguished candles; I do not want to look at them; their form saddens me, and it saddens me to recall their first light. I look ahead at my lit candles. I do not want to turn back, lest I see and shudder at how fast the dark line lengthens, at how fast the extinguished candles multiply. Konstantinos P.***Dinner prepared together, dvds, cuddling if it feels right - and I hope it does...

Man. 49 years old. Zodiac sign: Sagittarius.
Looking for: man. In age: 46-56
I love traveling and experiencing all types of places, but it's always good to come home! I am extremely fortunate to have a great family that I am very close to, some tremendous friendships and a career that has allowed me to experience many things I'd never thought possible. But for me, it's the simple things in life that matter most.... a cup of coffee on a quiet Sunday morning, long hikes in the mountains, or a relaxing day at the beach. I believe that life is meant to be shared and I am excited about that opportunity with the right person. Definitely something low-key in a comfortable environment for both that doesn't have a lot of outside distractions and is a good setting to get to know each other.

Man. 47 years old. Zodiac sign: Scorpio.
Looking for: man. In age: 44-54
I'm a mid-40s guy, fun to be around, responsible, settled and stable. My stats are 5'10", 186#, 36w, brown eyes, black hair with just a sprinkling of gray. I've been on the same job for 15 years, own a modest home and a nice car, have a retirement account, etc. By some standards, you could say that I "have it all"...except a special someone to come home to. I'm looking for a similarly responsible, stable man, for dating and possibly something long-term if the connection is there. I'm not interested in a casual fling, one-nighter, or "hook-up." Although a relationship is my ultimate goal, I believe that you have to build toward that slowly...so friendship, getting to know each other and dating is definitely a prerequisite. I think it's unrealistic to expect that you'll jump right into a relationship without a solid foundation for it to stand on. I prefer someone in the 30s- I've tried long- I'm open to talking to out of town guys so long as relocation is an option for you at some point if a relationship eventually develops. My ideal guy is masculine, slim/average/muscular build, self-reliant, intelligent, articulate, compassionate, kind, responsible, honest, confident (but not arrogant!) and a good conversationalist. Of particular importance is the ability to laugh (including at yourself!) and to find the humor in ordinary things. I think laughter is good for the mind, body and spirit and I try to do it as often as I can!I believe in treating others as I would want to be treated and I'd like you to feel the same. How a person treats service people (waiters, clerks, etc.) is usually a good indicator of their character!Mostly, I'd describe myself as a nester, but not a hermit. I like to cook and try new foods and wines, listen to all types of music, watch a good movie snuggled up on the couch, or just sit quietly and catch up on the daily newspaper. I like nice things, but I'm not materialistic. Manufacturers' labels don't define me. I try to keep my house and car clean and organized, but I'm not obsessive about it.-- because let's face it, who wants to kiss (or do more) with a person who doesn't smell or taste good? :)All in all, I'm a fairly typical working man. I go to the office, come home, work in the yard, cook dinner, read the newspaper, watch a bit of TV -- normal stuff. Being gay isn't a significant part of my identity, it just defines my physical attractions. Most of my friends tend to be straight, although I'd like to make more like-minded gay friends to hang out and do things with.So if you're ready for something real, steady and "normal", get in touch and let's talk - nothing ventured, nothing gained. I'm ready to laugh and love again...are you the one? I'm not really interested in someone who is a constant barfly or otherwise preoccupied with "partying." I'm not so much into the club scene anymore (been there, done that), but an occasional night out on the town for drinks and dancing can be fun.
